It's been 114 days since I tried my first e-cig, 112 days since my last analog. My counter says I've avoided approx. 4510 cigarettes and saved approx. $670 (including vaping costs.) Yes that is four thousand, five hundred ten cigarettes I would have smoked. Wow! Time flies and the death sticks avoided really add up, the cost I'm not that concerned about. I quit for my health and I really feel like a new man!
My vaping habit (hobby) hasn't slowed down any, but I have lowered my nicotine use from 2 packs of Marlboro Reds a day to 18 mg vaping about 3ml a day, now to 6 mg and still vaping around 3 ml a day. I feel like it is more of a hobby than an addiction at this point. I just had to share and toot my own horn a little. I never thought I could do this until I found e-cigs!
