Triton battery died

Poor thing was only 2 weeks old
It just came off a charger (yes the correct adapter), no lights, no voltage, 5 clicks don't matter, no spare.

Figured someone would have been here already. Sorry to hear that. Dunno what to tell you to do until tomorrow but then you can contact Halo or Cinder Ella on here and see what they want to do. I got 2 a few weeks ago and they are working great. Feel bad for you

hate to hear that, sure hope you get a replacement quickly...

just bought 2 mini tanks and one has bad threading and is not useable, but it doesn't equate to your situation...hope for the best outcome.

Yes, put it on the charger for 5 seconds, pull it off, and try and fire it without putting a tank on it.

I believe I've tried that, but I will again.
I do have my two G6, but now juices don't taste as good compared to the Triton tank so I'm spoiled.
I was just about to buy a 900mA Triton today.

Halo battery warranty is for 60 days after purchase. They will set you right. Contact Cust Service.

And buy a second one. Doing without sux!!!

I had a VV die and they replaced it. But it took a bit over a week - thank goodness for backups! Also, try 3 clicks to turn on - that worked for someone recently but ymmv

Email customer service - or better yet call them. They'll send you a return form right away.

I thought that had happened to me when I got my first Triton, then noticed that when I screwed the Triton into the charger to give it a charge the red light didn't always come on. It would still be blue when screwed in and needing a charge. I unscrewed it and screwed it in again until the light turned red when plugged it, it took a charge and has been fine since. I am careful to note the light is red when starting any charge and haven't had any problems since.

I had my two starter batteries die a day apart after six weeks and Cinder and Halo CS went the extra mile.

They will make it right so don't worry.

We are so lucky to have Cinder.

She is always right there to lend a helping hand.
