I just purchased one recently from moju republic and intended on vaping it at 6v. So I ordered two CR2 batteries from Amazon (Ultrafires) and it didn't fire at all. I thought it was probably something to do with the batteries since I got them at such a low price, so I ordered another set of batteries from a different place and still...the Mako is NOT firing off....

I contacted Moju Republic, but haven't heard back from yet...so we'll see

Any mako users on here? Any advice?

If you are stacking batteries in a mod, the LAST thing you want to use is cheap batteries... It's just looking for trouble.

I'm pretty sure the switch is the same as the Don.. Have you tried rotating the switch? It turns on and off that way. When you turn it, you should feel it kind of click into position.. Also run a screwdriver into the slot in the bottom of the switch when the battery is in, and adjust it slowly till the mod fires.
