Trouble Ordering - Invalid Email Address

I went to order some things from Cloud 9 today (my first time), and when I went to pay Pay pal gave this message:

Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.

So I went to the contact section, to ask what this ment. When I put in my Email address, it said that it was invalid. Has anyone else had this problem, or know what I've done wrong?

Hi there,
We've never had a problem like this reported before, can you please PM me your full address details and email contact address, email paypal address if different to your contact address and I'll see if I can find a reason for the problem.

Problem resolved, I checked out as a guest.

This is super, I am glad you were able to find a way around it. I've PM'd you also, if you can let me know your name and address, I can create a user account from the details in your guest checkout so you have it for the future if you want it.
