Trouble posting pictures

Using a updated iPad Air.

When I click the picture icon, and press choose file, another box pops up and says choose existing, or take a new one.
Whichever one I choose safari closes out immediately. Ever hear of this problem? Thanks


Edit: sorry for the post I did not realize I had the "Google" app up, pictures work fine from safari. You can close this.
