I quit smokin the stinkys the 7th of this month! I started with a menthol flavor from one of my local B&M stores (to match my old stinkys) which didn't really fill the void very well. My salesman recommended adding some blueberry to the existing menthol which was great for a little while. I then decided to get another flavor, which was dragonfruit (also from my local B&M) which I didn't really like after the first day. After not liking the dragonfruit very much, I started mixing some of the old blueberry in with it which worked pretty good! Here the past 2-3 days I have gotten to the point to where my old flavors pretty much SUCK! I blamed it initially on the coil in my Aspire glassomizer, but after spending entirely too much on a couple coils (also from my local B&M) I don't really think it was the issue. Tonight after dinner I decided to fill up my Mini PT2 with some Apple that I picked up when I got the coils. The apple seems to taste fine... Why does my old mixture not taste good anymore? Am I doing something wrong? Do you clean your tanks if you don't change your flavor?

Well when you quit smoking your taste change. Have you tried the dragonfruit again by chance? Sometimes when they steep they get better too. But sometimes you get use to a taste. I'm thinking though your taste is coming back, flavors you liked before can be gross later.

It happened with my root beer float. It was awesome when I got it and 6 days after iquit smoking I was gagging at the taste

as everyone mentioned your taste buds will be changing as your body detoxes and heals from the smoking damage. For some it goes beyond that, I experience what I have heard be called vapers tounge. That's where I come in, I have to alternate a few flavors daily as I get muted taste after about 1 tanks worth from most flavors.

I love macaroni and cheese, but if I eat it for every meal it probably won't long before I can't stand the sight of it.
As for vaping, I get tired of almost every flavor I have if I keep vaping it for too long.

Ok now I want mac and cheese! Ugh I was in bed! Man.....

This is me, too. I haven't smoked in about 6 months, and I've vaped more flavors than I can count. I developed a strong aversion to some I loved at first. That's perfectly normal. My solution was (and still is) to have many flavors available. The more the better. And buy sample-size bottles so you don't end up with lots of expensive stuff you suddenly can't stand. Don't throw them out if you develop an aversion - just set them aside and try again in a few weeks or months.

I usually use cartomizers with eGo batteries, but I have at least 2 nearby all the time, with different flavors, of course. I keep a box full of cartomizers filled (and labeled) with different flavors. Yeah, I'm a bit of a nut case, lol. As they say, variety is the spice of life, so get a bunch of flavors to keep your taste buds on their toes. (that sounds odd, but you know what I mean)
