Trouble with mod.. or something?

I was changing the liquid in my kayfun and then suddenly it couldn't screw into my Vamo..
I tried my nimbus rda that one didn't work either.. thought that there might be something wrong with the threading but then I decided to try my Iclear30 and that one could screw on.. What is wrong here, is it my mod or my kayfun and nimbus?

I think you stripped your threading on your vamo. maybe the iclear has a wider 510. i had a v2 and a v5 and stripped them both so .........ya maybe a 510 2 510 adapter but good luck

If they don't tighten down, you have been over tightening and stripped the 510.

Might be able to get a 510 adapter or AFC adapter to permanently fit.
