We have had this apart once but was very difficult and I think it was sheer dumb luck. Cannot get it apart for love nor money now. Anyway I can send it in and get it cleaned?? It is the older style.

Do me a favor and log onto your altsmoke.com acount and creat a ticket. This way I can track everything that way. I see no issue you sending it to me to get a good cleaning.

LOL it is a support ticket. Honestly I have not a clue how to create one either, I am on the other end of them . I think you click on the "help" button

Ok I think I just created a ticket but you should know that the submit button was goofy. Had only a little bit of red and nothing else so I clicked on it and it must have submitted it.
