Trouble with payment?

    I am trying to make an order however I am hitting an error screen with code every time I try to put the order through. Is there a problem with the website right now or is it me? Is there another way to pay?

    Hi Darchand, there shouldn't be any problems.. Are you getting an error screen or an error message at the bottom of the screen? Any chance you can send me a screen shot?

    just tried again and same thing. I can screen capture and pm to you if that works or would your like me to send it another way?

    Seems like it is hitting a scripting error I went back through to find if I had entered anything incorrectly and I can't seem to find the source of the problem.

    Thanks.. I just added some additional error handling to try and at least capture what the error is.. Very strange.. Thanks for the help though..

    Thanks for helping. I am still not able to get my order through but now it isn't sending me to that order page.

    After I click the Check Out Now button it gives me this message highlighted in red beneath the button "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

    I am sorry for all the trouble I am hoping I will be able to get my order through if not I would be willing to pay using a different method.

    Please don't apologize.. It's my issue and I appreciate the feedback you are providing to help resolve it..

    Is it possible for you to try another email address? Or are there any '/' in your name or address?

    I'm still poking around to try and figure it out..

    I have made my order. I know you don't want me to say sorry but I feel it is something I must have done. I re-entered the billing info and I don't know why but it seemed to solve the problem.

    I look forward to getting my order and thank you for being patient and helpful.

    No, not at all. I've been adjusting all day also so maybe I finally fixed it.. But the website should never crash regardless of what you put in..

    That same thing happened to me that night. I just clicked check out now again without changing any info. That's why you had to fix my double charge.

    Thanks for the feedback.. I think we've got it down to a inter-server connectivity issue that we are working on now.. Stupid computers :)
