Trouble with the website

I've been having weird issues with the website. I found Chrome didn't work too well and started using IE.

I can now log into my account, but when I check on the two orders I recently made, nothing comes up under "Review/Track Orders".

My card has been charged for both purchases, but nothing can be viewed through the website.

I got email confirmation/tracking for one purchase, but not the other.

I submitted a ticket to Customer Service yesterday, but no response what so ever....

Anyone else having these issues??
