I just ordered 4 boxes of the wow blank cartomizers and I'm totally disapointed. I loved the premiums and figured the wow would be even better, given all the reviews on them. They are like sucking on a straw and the flavor does not taste anything like they do when I put the juice in the premium coolcarts. Also they really seem to dry out my throat. Has anyone else had this issue, especially the no resistance and getting way to much air. Any help on how to try and make them work would be great. Thank you for any help or advice. I'm really trying to give up analogs, but I can't seem to find the right mix of juice and cartos to make it go smoothly.

I'm not sure what you're using but I assume it's either a Vapor King (Kr808) or a pass through from V4L.
You have to really fill those blanks up almost to the point of flooding. I use the condom method and periodically put a couple drops in the connector side of the carto while I'm using it. I have a better system on the way but this has worked for me so far

Yes I am using the KR808d-1 and I like them and just the fact that I actually made it over 24 hours before I broke down and bought another pack of cigarettes is impressive. I smoke 2 packs a day and so far I've spent over 200 dollars on batteries, juice, cartos, cases, charges for these things. I just hope to find the right mix to make it all worth while. The last 40 was spent on the 4 boxes of wow carts, that I can't use because they just arent working right. I did fill them completely full, but still have the same issue. Thank you for your advice, just hope I can figure out what works soon, can't afford to try much more stuff to find the right mix.
I spent a ton of money myself, I feel your pain. I've had really good luck refilling the prefilled cartos as well. Also, is the nicotene level high enough for you, aside from the other issues? I started out high (36mg) and figure I might taper it down sometime in the future
First of all, why on earth would you be spending that much on pre-filled cartomizers? Unless funds are a non issue, this is not prudent.

LOL, wasn't trying to be mean. From what I gather like 99% of Smokestik users buy pre-filled and throw them in the trash when empty. I presume V4L is less than that, but still... Many do not care... most do not know. Wanted to point it out.

Actually I bought the blanks and I am filling them myself. Maybe there is a better blank cartomizer and I just haven't found it yet. I've bought several different bottles of juice to try and find something I really like. The amount of money comes in because I bought extra batteries, charges and carts. I was trying to think ahead so if something broke I wasn't left with waiting a week for a replacement. So I agree, refilling my own is the way to go, its just trying to find what works in the first place. lol.

I just felt i should add to this post because i contacted customer support at v4l. I have to say i am extremely impressed with this company. They were quick in responding to my problem and are fixing it by letting me exchange the wow cartos for the premium. They will definately be keeping my business. I got an order of wow 555 juice from them today and i do like the taste ( using it in my premium cartos).
I've used the the cool cartos and sometimes I agree you do get too much air. They give me the hiccups. I find they work best on a passthrough or a manual battery. I don't really have a remedy for you I just wanted you to know you are not alone. For me the cheap blank cartos from myvaporstore work best for me and I've found them easier to clean than the cool carts. I'm sorry I haven't been much help. Good luck.
