So here's the gist of things: I have a Vamo T3S and pretty much exclusively vape on T3S tankd. I rarely had problems on my MVP V2, but that broke (charging port broke loose, ruined trying to fix).
Now my flavor burns an awful lot. I dry burn, scrape the crap off, rinse with water, repeat about 3-4 times to make sure I have all the junk off, then go back to vaping. It usually works out for anywhere from a few hours to a couple days. The problem almost always happens within a couple days of changing coils. Sometimes much sooner (same day).
All of this while vaping at 3-4 watts. I prefer about 6-7 but it's just not possible and I abdolutely hate taking a big drag of no juice, it makes me cough and reconsider my vaping.
I make my own juice and have been vaping spearmint or spearmint/skittles for quite a while. I started out making my juices at 75/25 VG/PG but thought the thickness was messing with wicking, I now mix at 50/50 and have the same problem.
The thing that sucks is that both of my brothers vape and both use T3S tanks with EGO-C batts and never have any problems. I have tried 1.8 and 2.2 ohm atomizers to eliminate that as a problem.
Even as I type this, it tasted like crap about 15 minutes ago, a burnt taste, but as I keep vaping it's fading. It started with an absolutely terrible pull I took earlier that was nothing but burnt taste, like a dry pull.
If it matters, this happens with both T3S tanks that have the stock air holes and the ones that I've dremeled the holes out for better airflow with.
Any suggestions? And sorry for the long thread, I just like to include all info before asking for advice to avoid suggestions of things I've already tried.
