True and false. We usually do fresh-ground only on weekends. On workday mornings, I haven't the time or patience for all that. Beyond that, we use enough coffee that keeping whole beans on hand for every pot would end up being ridiculously expensive. So, we primarily use Melitta Columbian Medium-Roast for weekday coffee making.
