False. We tend to lose electricity more often during the summer. When the power goes out in the winter, however, it tends to take longer to get restored.


TNP loves making people crack a smile and/or laugh when they're angry. (I especially enjoy doing this to my kids. It makes them furious, of course, but I just laugh and laugh and laugh.)
