True Premium Cartos and Warranty...I'm Smilin

In my ultimatum kit, I received a defective battery. These things happen and in no way reflects the quality of any company's product.
However, a company deserves major props when they replace my defective unit on my next order without putting me through the hassle of returning. I got my new order today and inside was my replaced defective unit, my order that I paid for, and OTHER goodies, Which is have to say was a nice touch because I half expected my replaced unit not to be there, and with it being replaced, I did not expect to receive any complimentary products since they were replacing a battery on my word alone.
However, they exceeded expectations, as V4L tends to do. So this is a big thanks to V4L for replacing my defective battery and still being gracious enough to include to new cartos for me to try and the beautifully made Lanyard.
So anyone out there reading this wondering if that warranty lives up to its hype, it does, and exceeds it. I just hope no one out there takes advantage of this wonderful policy because if the policy goes away, it was because of dishonest people and no other reason.

Now onto those premium cartos with the soft tips that I was able to try for the first time. I had the other premium cartos before that came in my kit. The ones with the hard tips, and while they were fair, they were pretty inconsistent, requiring me to pull like a mad man to get the hit I was looking for on my auto battery. Manual battery it didn't really matter. However I will say it was on par or better than previous units I tried so it really didn't bug me at all. I expect a bit of inconsistency when using an ecig.
However, I ordered Cappuccino carto today and these were the premium cartos with the soft tips. I gave them a try and......whoa. CONSISTENT! Every time I pulled, I got the hit I wanted and the vapor production was plentiful...every...single...time. These are the cartos truly worthy of the title "Premium". I honestly feel its a waste to use these on a manual battery since they work so similar to an analog with the auto battery. These cartos are unbelievable. Honestly, compared to the other cartos, hard tip premium or orginal, the difference is like night and day. The soft tip premium cartos are so good, that I'm actually worried that the one I'm smoking now is just a diamond in the rough, because it is that good. I'll know more when I smoke more, but the difference is so noticeable, I can't attribute it just to me getting "a good one". I have NEVER had such consistency in a carto/cart like I have with this. Flavor, Throat Hit, Vapor, all firing on all cylinders with EVERY pull. There was a time I thought that was too much to ask for.
And another nice touch, was when I pulled off the two caps, they both could be used for refilling since the stopper collapsed off. That is just a really great touch that many people would overlook, but says to me that whoever designed these cartos were really thinking of us in every single detail.
V4L rocks and I've handed out 2 cards so far to interested parties. I want to repay V4L for making a superior product and warranty by getting more people buying this great product.

Right on!

I spoke with Mark over the phone about a problem with my order and he fixed me right up! Most companies would have accused me of being dishonest at the get-go (I received my order but the actual kit was missing. I only received my cartomizers and my juices). Mark was super cool and he threw in a few very appreciated extras (not to mention that the first order had freebies in it also!). One thing you can count on from V4L is that they'll take care of any problems you may encounter. I'll be ordering some more supplies from V4L as soon as my pocket affords.

V4L,~~~ I had a similar experience with a new dysfunctional battery, sent an E-mail off to the company,--- told to send old battery, well the new old battery back--- I did--- in my next order I received a new one, plus the extras. Since then I have directed much of my business to them. In defense of the other distributors I am doing business with, I have to say they do go all out for their customers. Other small entrepeneurs should take a lesson from these suppliers.
