Tractor Supply: USP PG for 23.00 per gallon, no shipping charges. (Not all stores have it in stock tho)
Local Health Food Store: Glycerin (VG) I got 16oz of Now brand for 9 bucks.
Wallyworld also sells Humico Glycerin

Note: Tractor Supply also has cheap luer lock syringes for measuring.
Needles too, but they're sharp tips, I just grind the end down on a grinder.
