Trustfire TR-001 and AW IMR 18350

Hi,

This might seem like a silly question, but I've a Trustfire TR-001 charger which I use to charge my 18650 with no problem.

I just got some 18350 batteries but noticed on the back of the charger this battery type isn't listed.

I was wondering if anyone knew whether I can safely charge 18350's in a TR-001 = the batteries appear to fit no problem.

Happy New Year from the future. BTW - The TR-001s are very slow chargers. There are better ones - don't know if you have the Xstar or Pila ones in the UK. Those are better made and charge faster. The TR-001s do the job, just take quite a while.

I just got a TR-001 charger on Saturday and it charged my 18350's just fine.

Thanks. Good to know others folks are using the charger and battery combo. Wow not bad typing after a bottle of wine.

Take into account though that if you start using the faster charging modes (the 1000 mA mode on the Xtar WPII for example) it will reduce your battery life. So patience is the most durable solution.

Oh my hell!!! NEVER stack batteries in a charger!!!! Please-please-please read up on battery safety.

Tr001 quality is acceptable, I have been using 1 for more than a year.
