Madvapes problems

I ordered a SID 2 18650 batteries and a TR -001 charger from madvapes and got 2 18350 batteries in 18650 bags and one of the charge ports on the charger doesn't work. Has anyone else been having problems with them?

have you tried contacting them regarding the problem? i personally have never had problems with them.

I'm still waiting on a reply from them, I called at around 1 pm their time and the system that takes the calls said the to use the support ticket because it wasn't their business hours

Wow, That's odd, I've made several orders from them with no problem, I'm sorry that you are having issues with them. Keep trying to get ahold of them I'm sure they will make it right for you!

They will make it right. Madvapes always makes it right. they are good people.

Yeah, sometimes I have gotten packages from vendors that contain something different than I ordered. I wouldn't worry about it. Mad Vapes or most other vendors will make things up.

They responded faster than many of the online places I have had problems with in the past and said to send it in and they would replace it or give me store credit
