Trustfire vs Ultrafire Batts

Can someone tell me what the difference is between the 2? Isn't it the same manufacturer?

From what I have read on the situation, they are the same mfg, but the trustfire seem to have a little better quality. The better ones (which cost a little more) are AW and Tenergy.

Some of the Trustfire don't have protection circuit,I know I have 2

its from china. its just a re-branded batteries. i had both kinds and i dont see any difference. they look the same too.
