Trying to add a banner to my signature

Hi all could someone explain how I would add a banner to my signature. I found a smoke free counter I liked. Thanks in advance

You need to have at least 15 posts before you can have a signature. After you get 15 posts, wait until the servers refresh (usually at :25 after the hour) and then click the "settings" button at the top of the page. On the left side of that page you should see 'Edit Signature', click it and it'll take you to the proper page.

Also, if you happen to see a banner you like, you can just click on it and take it from there--as soon as you get your 15 posts.
