I began building a VV mod today. I do not really know much when it comes to electronics so I am just kind of winging it. I have it laid out on a bread board and I am running into the issue of being unable to get my voltage display to read below 5v with 2 batteries or 3.4 with 1 battery when turning the dial. It begins to flash 000 then just dies out. It also does not limit to 5.5v. I imagine i need to add some more resistors. I am using the ti chip from the evercool mod an buying parts from radio shack. I am volt meter now to see if it cuts out or if it is still pushing juice through. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
