Classwife, you replied to me then closed the thread. If this is not the way to go about asking for help then please enlighten me as to the correct way. No sarcasm intended. If asking in the HELP forum is not correct then please tell me how? Like I said, I tried to PM you. Maybe I'm an idiot and didn't do it right, but never-the-less I did PM you. I believe you have taken something I said the wrong way and I apologize for that, although I really have no idea as to what it was.

And if you believe I was/am being disrespectful, then I apologize for that as well.

My point of re-opening my negative comment thread is not to have fasttech reply, but to inform your forum members of the struggles I am dealing with. Is that not the point of the negative review forum?

Forum members cant reply there rdix the only people that can is You as the op and a registered supplier(and well mods)
Fasttech isnt and never will be a registered supplier here on ECF so basically..........no one can comment or fix your issue there. You need to be working with them, through their forums/emails ect and the bank. We cant help.


Now Yes to informing members and all that........closing it doesnt prevent it from coming up in searches nor prevents other from seeing it. So the members are being informed. Closing is just kinda a clean up, if new info updates come along...no one has an issue with it being added.

All the other stuff in that second thread however .......... is pushing it.

Well I'm in no way trying to cause issues. Just trying to plead my case to re-open a thread. If it is disrespectful or violates policy, then please remove it.

I was only looking from my point of view what information I am trying to learn when reading negative reviews. Personally I want to see how long an issue looms before, if ever, being resolved.

Please remove my previous thread.

OK have deleted the second one........the original is open for you to post in. Should it be closed again and you need to add more, you could hit the report button with something like "OP need to add more to this" and it will shot a report to all the mods. Least one of us bound to be online.

I'm very sorry they lost your package.
