Trying to decide among the minty/mentholy flavors

I decided to try different mint/menthol flavors in 10 ml bottles when FSUSA offered the Valentine's code.

Here's what I got and here's what I think...so far.

Menthol Arctic, 24 mg, 1x flavor 70/30: Like it a lot! I think this may be my 24 mg vape because I'm not crazy about Menthol Ultra in 24 mg but I love it in 18. Weird huh?

Candy Cane, 24 mg, 1x flavor, 50/50: Kind of like this. Not sure if it needs to grow on me. The taste is not that strong, but I suspect it may need to sit. I'm mostly tasting cinnamon. Is there cinnamon in it?

Peppermint, 24 mg, 70/30: Very clean peppermint, but I should have ordered extra flavor, possibly even 2x. This is not sweet at all, which is fine. I think I like it but I won't be sure until I try the extra flavoring.

I've been using Menthol Ultra for weeks now. I really like it, especially at 18 mg 70/30, but I'm still kind of searching.

Any other suggestions?

I would love something that tastes just like my Orbit Peppermint gum. Very pepperminty, slightly sweet.

Then again, my tastebuds are probably still pretty "off" since I just quit smoking two weeks ago.

Maybe try the doublemint gum? I taste a slightly sweet strong peppermint in the Candy Cane. It is an all day vape for me. You may be one that needs to get the 2x flavor if you don't think those
flavors are strong. lol

I've tried a few mints, though none from FSUSA, and I found that I really like the Spearmint variety. As Salemgold said..the doublemint gum might be a good option from FSUSA. I find the sweetness settles the mint down enough to be a good all day vape but it is certainly a different flavor than my sweet vapes.

Not a lot of FSUSA mint input, but as far as finding a strong flavor... play around with FSUSA's flavor strength options. I was having a ton of trouble with tasting my juices before I started ordering 2x flavor and now everything is nice and strong. I'm sure this is true of the mint juices as well as the regular sweets and fruits I usually puff on.

Normally I don't care for spearmint. Tastes like Pepto to me. Though I might try the Doublemint. And I think I am like you and need the extra flavor added.

I think it is. It almost tastes like almond frosting, but not as insanely sweet. Does that make sense? All I know is...I really like it a lot!

One reason I didn't try that is because I never liked Newports. And I don't like to taste the tobacco. So I've shyed away from the Newports and the other one that everyone says is so good menthol. I may try them in sample size some time though.

I never liked NewPorts myself but I really like FSUSA NewPort. Of course everyone has different tastes, but to me it has no tobacco taste to it at all- just a clean mint with a very nice hint of sweetness to it. It may taste more like tobacco if I would let it steep awhile, but I've never been able to let it sit that long - it's great right out of the mailbox to me!

Newme, I saw that you don't like tobacco taste so I would advise against getting the purecig. It has a very strong tobacco taste.

JMHO, I've tried "tobacco" flavors from a few vendors, and Menthol Pure Cig is not a traditional tobacco flavor. I find it "lighter". (Like the Misty Menthol 120s that I used to smoke.)

Ya, i never liked newports or menthol cigarettes either, but this to me didnt taste like that, I would at least give it a try on a sample

Redneck...I'm not a fan of tobacco liquids either, but love purecig for some reason. I throw my menthol ultra in there sometimes too. I got a 10ml of the doublemint and love it. (although it tastes more like the gum in the white pack to me over the gum in the green pack )

You know, I don't even remember what the gum in the white pack tasted like. LOL!

The Italian Cake had kind of a sweet almondy taste. Hard to explain, but super delicious! I was enjoying it most of last night with a cup of coffee. It was like having a calorie free dessert with my after dinner coffee. You really should try it!

I don't know if you've ever had either, but if you've ever had an almond stuffed croissant, or an almond bear claw that's the flavor--or a white cake that has almond extract in it instead of vanilla. I got mine in 1X flavor.
