Hi everyone I am new to vaping and trying to buy some replacement coils at a good price. A website has a 10 pack of Kanger replacement coils for $10 but it says non oem. I dont want to order something and it not work. Also I dont want to mess up my setup. I started vaping 6 days ago and I havent smoked a analog in 5 days. Im really into vaping and dont want to go back. Any suggestions for a good website for replacement coils for a Kanger Subox Mini?

  • OEM, means original manufacturer.

Anything non OEM was designed the same, but made by a different company.

    Hope that helps.

As far as the coils, they should work. Just note, alot of people fight over which are better lol.
Okay so pretty much it means they are fakes but are made they same as orginals? I might just look around some more and see what else I find they are just expensive on the actual Kanger site.

I don't buy clone coils. Some are absolutely fine, others are very poor indeed. One was so poorly made (with no care for the consumer) it shorted and killed my eGo battery. This is not so relevant with boxes (mods) that have protection. As for the "official" Kanger site; forget it. Everybody knows what their game is. It's (yet) another way of getting people to pay more for readily available hardware.

If I want to get a US price for coils I go to sweet vapes. There is a similar UK shop. See what they charge and go from there. Selling replacement coils has become the no. 1 'scam' for UK online shops as people are getting wise to use the internet to search for kit (mods, hardware) prices. Yesterday, we busted a shop pretending 5 coils were 42 dollars and their price was 'discounted' to only 30. Many shops do this.

First I would like to say Congratulations on Quitting Smoking :)
I realize your just starting out & don't have much experience. Prebuilt coils are costly! it really can add up in the long run. Here's something you mite want to try, If not, good advice is to shop around, OEM coils are usually better, But can also be found for less money if you really look around :)

In computer parts, "OEM" means that it comes in a plain cardboard box. The other option is "retail," that comes in fancy packaging with colorful printing and see-thru plastic windows. It's the same part from the same manufacturer either way, it just comes down to whether you want to pay extra for the retail packaging (put it on the shelf in your computer-parts store) or not (just going to throw out the box anyway, and put the part in a computer to sell in your whole-computers store.)
