I've seen some pretty down to earth politicians in my time. They very occasionally make it into power, but mostly people just don't get it, which is really too bad. But that's politics and show biz
True. And since Health Care is mainly provided by the National Health Service one would think they'd be interested in this new fangled "harm reduction" thing Ridley was espousing.
That said, spending other people's money frivolously seems to be some kind global constant regardless of rational thought.
