Have you considered creating another email account and use that to create an account with Paypal for just this transaction, then changing your card number and deleting it the account afterwards?

I think you kind of screwed ECF buying and selling is supported threw Pay pay so you will have a hard time getting varified so you can not access the Clasifieds witch is your best bet at getting one.
