I'm in need to get my first five posts in order to join the conversations so I want to make the most of it.
I've been looking at the Mad Hatter rda. I already own a Mephisto and an off brand.
If I purchase the Mad Hatter it's going to cut into my juice budget. Is it worth the cost or would one or two 30ml bottles be a better choice?

Reply to comments or others peoples post. 5 posts are needed, not 5 separate threads. I personally haven't used the mad hatter. I love the concept of it, but with the top being on a hinge type setup, it just seems like one more thing that can break. Personally, I don't buy a lot of RDAs, so I'd get some pg/vg or DIY supplies so I can continue on with my unflavored if it was me. juice is more important to me than multiple RDAs.

Thank you,
The hinge is cool but definitely scares me.
I generally use an RDA for flavor testing high end juices at my local brick and mortar. (These must be dripped, no prefilled tanks on the good stuff).
I must watch my vape budget hands or else the wife gets a little unnerved.
Unless the Mad Hatter is insanely great I think I'll take your advice.

Thank you,
I do like my juices!
The wife usually puts her foot down when more than one vape mail arrives in a week or so.
I just need to sneek it in an order. Its more about how many arrive rather than how much it costs (weird, I know).
Certainly looking like juice over hardware.

Yes, been there, done that! Welcome to ECF, my condolences on your marriage ;-) (I hope you don't find that offensive! It's work, no matter who you pick, or how great she/he is!)

How much research have you done? There are places to buy heads really inexpensively. If you buy from Fasttech you can legitimately claim that "I bought it a month ago, it's just getting here now". Or you can check out angelcigs.com, and look at their clearance page.

My advice would be "Save the big bucks for liquids, buy hardware on the cheap". And, for e-juice, there's a lot of places that have great stuff cheap, and others that do sales every once in a while. When buying juice, knowledge and patience are DEFINITELY a virtue!!!

Welcome to ECF, hope you find my advice helpful!

No offense taken, quite funny actually.
I usually shop around when it comes to hardware. The tricky part (for me) is not wasting time (or money) on things that aren't as good as what I already have. For example I have a Sigelei 150w and an IPV v3, both similar but I do prefer one over the other. Same with Atlantis vs Kanger sub.
I research everything and probably spend more time on it than I should. Juices are especially difficult since taste is subjective.
I currently have several accounts with different hardware/juice vendors and shop sales and promotions. That's probably why I get "too much" vape mail.
Thanks for making me feel welcome :thumb:
