Well I have been vaping for a few months now. Made the mistake of getting reeled in by Blu's nice advertising. But the product is crap. Was recommended the VOLT by smokeless Image. I went onto the website, very nice website, lots of colors, flavors, blank cart, very personalizeable if that's a word..lol And the prices are one of the best I have seen. I guess what I am wanting to know is everyone's experiences, personal views, favorite flavors, battery life, just everything anybody wants to share..lol Thanks a lot everyone, will be looking forward to replies! happy vaping!:vapor:

There are A LOT of refugees here (from all sorts of other vaping gadgets and brands), and we all stay because we're all happy! :)

I'd say just jump in and give it a try. Or better yet, if you can swing it, give the X2 a try, with the new clearomizers! I haven't been able to go there yet, but reviews have been great (I'm sooo envious right now) and it would cut your learning curve by at least half. You would be starting out at the top of the game, with the best, most dependable and user-friendly equipment available! From what I've been reading, I have a feeling that these new clearomizers are gonna make PITA cartos obsolete. But if you wanna stick to cartos and the smaller size batteries, SI Volt cartos and batteries are the best I've ever used.

alright yeah thanks for the feedback, I was just really scared to just "plunge" in after what happened with blu. I don't have a lot of money, and it really breaks the bank when I buy starter kits, so I was hoping to get some re assurance on this product so i'm not so scared to take the plunge lol Now on the PCC it holds a fully assembled ecig and a port for charging? so it doesn't have any place for cartridges? I was looking on there and seen they have a cartridge holder thing, is that what you guys use?

My short answer? In the eCig world, for the easiest vaping (not some huge bottom feeder mod that some guy made 10 of) Blu is like a steak and cheese sandwich you get in one of those warming stations at the gas station in the middle of some town you've never been to, but you eat it because you're on a road trip and starving. Smokeless Image (Volt) is like a center cut filet at the finest steak house in town.

With a huge discount coupon!
I'm broke too. And very picky with my stuff. Believe me, you won't be sorry! :)

Both PCCs hold an assembled 65mm battery (with carto attached. Meh, I like the 78mms). Like Imagine said, if you're gonna go for a PCC, go for the mega one. That one was custom designed from scratch by SI to work with Volts, has more power, and holds much more stuff! ;)

Welcome TattoodMommy!

Lots of good folk and information here.

The Mega PCC is great. I actually have one in each color, lol. It holds two batteries (will charge one at a time) and three carto's, or 1 battery and more carto's (without sleeves) in the 2nd battery trough. I would get the Pro Kit, comes with 2 batteries, some carts and the PCC, and add the 1.5A wall adapter and USB charger in addition to the kit. That will still be a couple of dollars cheaper than totally ala carte and give you three ways total to charge your batteries. I'm of the mind that an extra battery cannot hurt, either. The Volts are KR808 threading, but if you have 510 stuff, there is an adapter available from SI that will fix that little issue.

The new big battery, the X2 comes in three sizes, and will use either the carto's or the clearomizer without problem. A couple of the new X2's have had issues with the light when charging, but to my knowledge, those who had problems had replacements sent right out. It comes with its own USB cable that I plug into the 1.5A wall adapter, though you can plug it into the computer to charge. The charge lasts me between 2 and 3 days, depending on my vaping at the time. The regular 78mm batteries last me 3 or 4 hours, usually. If I marathon vape, maybe not so long. I have 65mm batteries too, and a mixture of all the batteries as far as sealed auto batteries or manual switches.

I like the clearomizer, but I like my blanks too, to fill with a whim when I want something different. Carto's also come in an extra long size. I like the regular length well enough. Love all my batteries, so I'm not really using any one battery more than another. And I have so many colors to choose from, hehe.

I like SI's pre-filled carto's better than just about any other brand I have tried. I'm glad I started with sampler packs. I eventually went back and reevaluated flavors and changed up my favorites a bit after my taste buds came back to life.

Imagine and C00kI3M0NST3R are our resident Smokeless Image reps, and they are pretty great to work and have fun with.

If you aren't sure, don't invest big, but get something you would like well enough to get by on until the next time when you feel you can order accessories or extras. (Two batteries minimum, though - one to vape while the other charges.)

All Volt batteries come fully charged and you don't have to charge them before you start enjoying them.

I am (or was) that same boat as you. Started with Blu, hated it and gave up. A few years later I decided to try e-cigs again. I did some research and bought a Volt. Night and day difference from the Blu. More vapor, better batt life, all around better. The regular Volt kept me happy for about a month. I grew tired of filling cartomizers, charging a couple batts a day...(the Blu needed 5+ charges a day). I wanted something more convenient. A one day solution, much like most smart phones that need to charge overnight. Then I saw the new X2 Batteries and Clearomizers. HUGE 1300mah battery, and will hold 1.6ml of juice. I just received mine today. Im not really a "chain vaper" so I figure it should last me a day...

If I were you, I would skip the regular Volt and just get the X2 and clearomizer.

I always recommend 2 batteries (my preference is 78mm), a USB charger, and a sampler pack of cartos. Cheapest way to see if it will work for you and try some flavors.
Then the next day after they arrive and you try it out and love it, you go back to the site and order more of the flavors you liked, whether as refill juice or just more cartos, and the charging case.
There is a sale pretty much every month that has a holiday in it, and in between there are a couple discount codes that are always valid. So that will help keep the cost down too.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with SI's products. I smoked for 22yrs, started when i was 10yrs old. I don't even remember what it was like not to smoke. So i researched for about a month about ecigs, was about to pull the trigger on a different vendor's kit, when someone in that forum pm'd me about Smokeless Image. Not only did I save money, I got twice as much product and was completely overwhelmed by their great customer service. My wife was so impressed by my new gadgetry and how I transitioned from analogs so easily, she stole half my kit LOL Another starter kit later, we're both smoke-free and couldn't be happier (well, could be if i won one of those SI contests going on LOL). I started with the Pro kit, opted for the mega PCC, smooth sampler, and threw in a usb charger. Now we have 5 batteries, 4 chargers, 10 prefilled cartos, 60ml of SI juice, and I'm waiting to add some diamond bling caps on our next juice/carto order :)

Take the plunge!!! SI is an awesome company with great products and prices.

+1 - I just got my Volt started kit yesterday and I am very impressed. I have also ordered the new x2 battery as well as a clearomizer to use during the evenings at home.

Although I am new to this site and vaping, I really do not think you can go wrong with this company or their products.

WOW! lots of feedback! thanks everyone. Yeah I am getting really tired of this blu I am using, I have to charge this thing about 5 times a day, it's getting ridiculous. I was looking at the78mm wanting something a little smaller, but I didn't see the XL batteries, I will have to look at those too. I'm mainly just wanting something that I can take out with me, I have an E-power I use every once in a while at home. but I mainly like the slim models. The prices are better than blu as well. The original starter kit I got costed me about 60 bucks and this one here is like 45 or something. and the packs of carto's are a lot cheaper too, 12 bucks and some change for a 5 pack at blu. here only 8 bucks and some change. I think I'm just gonna try the standard kit for now, with the 78mm batteries, it has everything I need to get started, I can get a charger case later, as I really don't leave the house much. and a couple sampler packs of carto's. I think I will be set with that. I love all the little toys you sell too, colored end caps, battery and carto wraps, rubber mouth pieces, lol lots of cool stuff. I'm pretty excited about this purchase, gonna be a few weeks before I can purchase though, gotta get through the rest of this time without throwing my blu against the wall..lol Thanks everyone for the feedback.

I think most of us prefer the 78mm batteries (or the new, last-all-day-and-then-some X² batts :D), just because they last longer before needing a recharge. And they're very elegant!

I think most Volt users probably prefer the autos for the slim batteries (I know I do, even though I'm strictly a Manual girl when it comes to a different kr808 vendor's batteries). The draw on the autos seems easier, and the Volt manual buttons are kind of tiny, kind of a PITA. Volt autos are also sealed, so there is less likelihood of damaging your battery if you accidentally overfill the carto.

AFAIK, SI's juice is almost all or maybe 100% PG.

I don't use any carrying/charging cases, so I'm sorry but I can't help you with that.

um a few more questions, what batteries do you guys like better? Automatic or Manual? Also neither the PCC or Mega PCC hold the 75mm batteries? and what is the juice made out of PG VG or PG/VG mix? Thanks everyone
They hold the 78mm batteries, but not with the cartos attached. ;)
SI liquids are mostly PG (like 90+%) with just a tiny bit of VG added for flavor and vapor.

True, and true.

I prefer the 78 batteries, but I have some of the 65mm batteries, too. Mostly I have the sealed automatics, but have thrown in a couple manuals for variety. I just ordered some niquid, haven't had a chance to use it yet; but though it is not marked, I've seen a few posts like cindycated's about the PG/VG ratio.

I have three Mega PCC's. Love 'em. All my batteries fit, as long as I don't have a cart attached. I use it to hold my spare batteries, and switch the cart I'm currently using to the charged battery when the other runs out.
