Trying to post a poll

I did a search and followed instructions but it didn't come out right.
It doesn't show the options to select in a box or however it's done.

Could someone please delete the one there now and advice how to do this?

I just checked the post and it appears that there are votes but can't see how as it doesn't provide a place to vote?

Certain aspects of this site are poorly done with little or no explanations but I have discovered that I cannot always see what I post.
I guess it's working properly.

I believe once you place a vote in a poll, you will no longer see see the vote buttons and that you just see the results of the poll. This is mostly because you can only vote once.
