Trying to update the firmware on my IPv4 and it doesn't work

i have been trying to update my ipv4 box mod from 100 watts to 120-150 watts, I need help figuring out the right USB drivers for my windows 10 laptop to recognize my ipv4 box mod.

Is there a updated sxi installer that will work on windows 8/10 or no. My laptop doesn't recognize my IPV4 Is there certain USB drivers that I have to download for laptop to recognize on the sxi installer.

I have no idea. FWIW, I can't find an installer for the SX350 chip in my SX Mini.

normally one has to download the drivers ( for the puter to "see" the IPV4) first and install them, then one needs to download the upgrade after the IPV is seen...
