OK. I've been to two weddings in two weeks. Last week, I was supposed to pick up my battery for my Vamo on the way to the wedding. Well, plans changed and I just couldn't get home. So I smoked an analog, but was talking about the e-cigs. Sure enough, someone says "propylene glycol is antifreeze and why would you smoke antifreeze"? He happened to be smoking a cigarette, and I pointed out that there is propylene glycol in his cigarette. I also explained the difference between ethyl glycol and propylene glycol. One is used in antifreeze and is very dangerous, and one is use in "pet safe" antifreeze due to the fact that it's non-toxic. I also listed some consumer and medical products that contain it. The crowd was surprised by my knowledge and I said, I wouldn't smoke anything unless I knew the ingredients. But then pointed to the cigarette and said "with the exception of this" and pointed out the irony.
So last night, I made sure I had my battery. I charged it and brought it with me. We pull into the parking lot for the wedding, and sure enough I get a Low V. Then I realize something. We switched cars and my battery is in the other car. So again, I am without any thing to vape. There was some consolation, though. I actually saw four vapers. They were older, so I didn't get into conversations with them, but it was nice to see and much better then defending vaping to an analog smoker.
