Ok this is my pity party.... or maybe I need to up my nic level.

I've been vaping since 12/1 and found ECF within the first two weeks. No matter how I try to fit in it seems I don't. I seem to say the wrong thing.

Oh well maybe I am invisible

Speaking as a misfit, welcome home (((hugs))). I'd be surprised to hear from those that feel they DO "fit in". I don't trust the fit-ins lol. I'm known to say the wrong things at the wrong time in the wrong place - and I feel stupid after lots of posts. I overthink what I want to say, edit too much, and often wish I could delete my own posts altogether. I suppose that's why I don't post as much as some. I suck at the chitty-chatty stuff and need a subject to feel that what I have to add is worth reading. Hmmm...sounds like I'm having a pity-party of my own. But I'm not - really - I guess I'm just trying to say "It's ok". We're all unique and loveable and IMO being a part of PIF here - well, we walk the walk. I like that about us.

The carmel is pretty good just tried a few drops in my atty so far - need to mix it up for the full effect. Has a tobacco undertone which is nice. Thank you

Well you know not long after I joined here I was getting plumb obsessed with following the chit chat thread;and then I got an attack of Menieres and I could'nt follow like I had.I never know when or how long I feel well enough to post so now If I feel i can be helpful in some small way I put my 2 cents in.I do lurk each day though as this is a big part of my small world.Sometimes I'll send a PM to someone for privacys sake.There are many here that I;ve come to know and care for and I know If I've got a problem or need help I can post here. Don't worry about fitting in there are so many different lifestyles,ages, abilities, and soforth here it makes for a wonderful place where each one is valued for their own unique charactaristics.(((Welcome Rudy))) and btw I love the hummingbirds.....

Rudy.. I love your posts.. and covet your lovely sig too! Put me down as another one of those that often ramble on endlessly, spout off whatever comes to mind at the time, and then wonders later if I said too much, or said it inappropriately, etc.

It's hard to take things back on a public forum!

We are all different, and the same, we are all bound together by our needs and our desires to be needed. Some of us come here daily, some hourly, and some just pop in sporadically.. it matters not. We are always remembered and missed by someone!

What I love most about this forum.. I can come online, anytime of the day or night, and find someone to chat with.. someone that understands what I'm dealing with.. or has insight into my struggles. Someone to lend a smile, and an encouraging word.

This place is like a great big family.. of which sometimes I feel like the mother hen, and sometimes I feel like the crazy aunt. But I always feel like I belong. We ALL do.. and that includes you too!!

Grama - I am glad to meet you - don't think we have ever chatted before - thank you for you wise words. Hummingbirds are the best - I actually have an ankle tattoo of them

Bianca - you are very right - I never been one to compete with the Jones to fit in - I work as a tax accountant at a national bank but come home to my farm and milk my goats and make cheese and soap..

Ripple - only Python movie I remember and I am sure I've seen more than the Meaning of Life...

Kelly - I like that and it would be great if it turned into a thread to vent, have a pity party, or the land of the misfits
