Happy birthday caycay and Carly. Im 27. Still the young one but at least some of you guys/girls are around my age . I thought i was the only one here under 30. Damn sooner the big 5-0 huh . I thought you looked around the same age as me :)

our oldest son is 27 then we have 23 and 21. my oldest 2 never smoked although the middle one likes to vape a bit. the youngest decided he wanted to smoke and did so for about a year. i turned him on to my mods and he no longer smokes but is just getting started gathering all kinds of vape stuff. most of the time i feel younger than 50 but sometimes im like dam, im getting old, lol.

I know what you mean. Inside I don't feel any different than I did when I was mid-twenties. Then I look in the mirror and there's this old man staring back at me.

I think he's a stalker. Every time I look in the mirror, he jumps in and lets me see him.

So I found some 510 cartos I like best for my ego. But because they are clear non vapers are like "wth are you smoking?!". So I would love to use my ego cone again but the cartos are a tiny bit too wide to fit through the top of the cone. I have heard of people filing the cone. How would I do this? Or are there wider cones out there now?

ah, ill try cay cay. the way i would do it i think would be to use a dremel tool. do you have one of those? they are a hand held device that have many uses. they have a wide range of attatchments such as a cutting tool, a polisher, ect.
if you have one just hold the cone in one hand and gently cut off the very end of the top of the cone...im sooo bad at describing these things.

Does your hubby have a grinder of some sort? I used my dremmel tool to grind down several of my cones (it's a high rpm rotary tool kind of like a cordless drill, but a dremmel has a ton of different attachments such as cutters & grinders). Anyhow, I used my dremel to grind down the cone. I thought about putting a cutting disc on the dremel to cut the cone, but I thought grinding would give me a better looking end result with smoother edges. The finished cone is now a wee bit shorter, which allows a bigger opening on the tapered end, which in turn allows better airflow for cartos.

If your hubby has any power cutting or grinding tools, he can probably help you out CayCay.

A standard cone is on the left and the cone I grinded down is on the right
