Tsunami surge VV not working

Howdy howdy,
I got the tsunami surge a couple days ago and it's been running fine, however, I just plugged it in and now it isn't turning on or charging right. The red charge light is on, but only for a couple minutes, then it shuts off. Can anyone help?
