Well for $37 i's basically impossible. Everything below $90 would already be a good deal. $37 is less than the production cost them...
What's on ebay has to be a clone. Not that you can't use clones, just be aware of what you buy.
Some Chinese vendors still sell tugboat clones, they're around $9-$15 (plus a ride on a real tugboat).

Well it is eBay the land of clones after all. The standard advice here is stay away from eBay for ecig stuff
