Got my Vamo last week, love it.
Previously, I had a Twist and a Kgo VV that I used to bring to work. Slim, slender, fit in my pocket perfectly. I'm a server at a restaurant so I'm constantly moving, and rarely, if ever, sitting down.
Well, my Vamo somehow makes all my juices taste even better, so I brought it to work with me. It was a little heavy and clunky in my pocket, and I noticed the wattage button would get bumped around. I was also afraid of bumping the fire button and not noticing it, either.
My friend, who also got his Vamo last week (we got them together), works on the back line, so he's on his feet, but rarely moving from his station a lot. He just sets his PVs on the shelf, but he said when he puts it in his pocket, he turns it off. When he wanted to hit it, he'd turn it back on. Then he'd turn it back off when returning it to his pocket.
I tried this one shift, but I realized I was turning it on and off almost every fifteen, twenty minutes. Something inside me said this might be bad, so I bit the bullet and have been leaving my Vamo at home.
Ok, so, after all that, my question is: how much will it damage or hurt the device by constantly turning it on when you want to hit it, and then turning it back off when you put it back in your pocket, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat... ??
