Not that I really think they'd care. I've been ordering strictly from TV since I started vaping, as soon as I got my first 510.

This all started over something stupid.. a flavor, which was a favorite - Gingerbread. It's awful, terrible, disgusting all of a sudden. Just entirely unvapeable. I have asked around, and found a few that agree with me. For all of us.. The last two orders have been simply disgusting. I've tried it with sweetener, with xtra flavor, and plain... and it's just GROSS. Just AWFUL.

First I started a live chat, and while Lana was pleasant to talk with, no offers were made for me to send back the liquid, or get a new bottle... or anything of that nature. I was basically told it was my fault, since I requested extra flavor, and to deal with it. Oh, I got a "sorry"

After some research I realized that my very first order of Gingerbread had extra flavor in it and it was amazing. So, I asked someone here for a sample of a bottle they ordered recently - which had time to 'steep' - and it was just as nasty. No extra flavor, no sweetener... just nasty.

I e-mailed TV with a letter about this situation and I was nothing but pleasant, kissing Geoff's ... so he wouldn't flip out, and hoping to god I could get back a precious 15$ I ultimately had wasted on a disgusting bottle of juice.

It's been a week and I have received no reply. Usually I don't have an issue with the TV juice. But when there is an issue, I expect it to be at the very least explained, if not corrected. I don't pay 15$ plus 5$ shipping for Juice that I might as well just pour down the drain. Well, I gave them every opportunity to resolve the issue quietly. But I'm not rich and I am MAD.

It's a good thing that there are other suppliers with Juice that's now WAY better, and who have way more tact.

Geoff is entirely unpleasant to deal with and always has been, I used to forgive him this flaw because he was always honest and worked hard to make happy customers. I've complained only once, and that was when I received an order that was completely wrong. To be entirely ignored because the staff simply doesn't want to deal with the fact that they are selling horrible juice... that's messed up.

A word of warning to you all ... Until Geoff actually tries the Gingerbread himself, or someone on the staff does.. and let's it be known that it's fixed... Don't waste your money on it. You will be greatly disappointed and they will ignore your complaints.

I'm confident that this post has a good chance of getting deleted, but I wanted to make some noise before TV hooks more people into buying this NASTY flavor which has such good reviews - Because it WAS good just a few weeks ago. Trust me, it's not anymore. Do. Not. Buy. It.
 
Theres a bunch of people in the other post saying the same thing about the recent juices. It would be nice to hear something from the company

I cant agree with this post, sorry, but mine is good, it's a known fact as well that Geoff has one of the best prices on the market for juice and he mix's a quality product as well it is known that juice is non returnable just because your taste buds dont agree with it. Unless there was a mistake made on just your mix, which isn't impossible, I cant agree with your statements at all here sorry, as even you have admitted to liking his juice for all this time and you have been buying from TV & Geoff, all over just one bottle of juice and $15 your going to state all these things against Geoff and TV all of a sudden, hmmmm something isn't right about that either. Personally if it where me and I have been buying from Geoff for over a year now I would have gone about this in a whole different direction and way then you are here, ever here the old expression you get more honey with Bee's then anything else, a week isn't that long, $15 isn't that much and for someone who says they have been a loyal TV customer since they started vaping, I see some problems with this post myself. This is just my honest opinion here I'm not looking for an argument just openly commenting on forum and disagreeing tastefully. I wish you luck on your approach with Geoff but if you new him this isn't the way.!

The problem w/ that theory is that there is a good 5 pages of another thread detailing the same experience w/ just this particular juice. I have only tried one TV juice that I bought in the clasifieds, so I am not a good judge, But 10 other people saying nearly the same thing is not a coincidence.

I respect your statement LowThudd,and like your Avatar,,, but in return there are thousands yes thousands that love it, including me

I would also like your rebuttle to how it is that you can afford a $15 loss when I, and many others can't. I understand that the e-juice game is new, and maybe there are inconsistency problems that occur w/ small scale juice mixing. But to ignore a previously faithfull customer is just wrong. I have seen posts from her raving on TV juice. She has previously suggested TV to new members of this forum. If that is how a devoted buyer and supporter of a company is brushed aside, do you really think she should take that w/out saying a word to anyone on the forum? I would make it my obligation to do so.

Like I said people I'm only stating my opinion in an open forum, no I'm not on the payroll but have been a loyal happy customer for a long time. $15 for 30ml of quality juice is not a lot of money, it's also well known that juice is not returnable because it doesn't agree with your tastebudds and some other things I mentioned. I did say however if you read my full post that it is not impossible that there could have been a mistake on Sallana's order and if thats what happen and there was something mixed incorrectly I dont disagree with a resolution to this matter with Geoff and TV, and I think something should be done if something was done incorrectly then Sallana deserves either a refund or another bottle I dont have a problem with that one bit, however to beat up Geoff before she has even spoken to him the way she has I do disagree with here, the post says she has spoken to someone else, there comes a time to maybe move up the ladder and ask to speak with the man on this issue and that would be my next suggestion before writing the thread Sallana has. Sallana I am not against you getting what you deserve if you deserve a refund or another bottle of juice, I would suggest you chat some more with Geoff though, I mean you said you have been a loyal customer, you say that one time you had a mix up on an order and it was corrected, you said you really loved his juice all along (RIGHT) Talk to the man is all I'm trying to say here, dont worry about what other people in another thread are saying just speak to Geoff himself, tell him what you experienced in you mix, maybe there is an issue with it, maybe the extra flavor needs a month to steep instead of a week as well, ever think of that, I have had some juices that have become awesome in a months time that i wasn't that fond of when I got it and went back to it in 4 weeks and it was like whoa. All as I'm saying here is there are ways to get things done besides the statements she has made against Geoff and TV, AND I think you could get a whole lot more accomplished by speaking to Geoff then the approach you taking. I had an order lost now for over a month from another vendor I have been doing business with for over a year now, a $400 order as a matter of fact, we have been working out how this is going to be taking care of for weeks, and because of being patient and working in a different way the vendor will probably not only send me my full order again but add stuff to it just because of my patients, get my drift. some of these vendors are so busy right now because of how popular vaping has become its hard for them to keep up with one person when they have 1,000's of order going out the door, so patients and repeated calls sometimes need to be done to accomplish what your trying to get accomplished. Sallana call Geoff, speak to him first hand, then let me know what happens here please, I would almost bet that this situation will change for you.!!

Okay, Hang on.

I contacted live support twice, wrote and e-mail and waited patiently. Nothing happened and I came to the conclusion I was being ignored. And yes, I was a loyal customer but only because the juice was good and I had little to complain about. Geoff is abrasive and rude and expects people to deal with it. It's not like I jumped here right away as soon as my juice was bad. I ordered this bottle two weeks ago. Two weeks is MORE than enough time for any juice to steep properly.

I don't know that I have much else to say. As you say, it's a public forum and we are allowed our opinions, I've stated mine. And by the way, are you ignoring the fact that I've found several other people who have dealt with the same situation as me but were too afraid to say anything? Same juice, same EXACT situation. It's not a coincidence, and since this is my second bottle of the awful stuff, I'd say I've given it and them a fair amount of time. It's not just a one time mistake. The first time I got a bottle I considered it a 'bad mix' and I said nothing and gave it away. I'm not doing it again. The juice is bad and either they don't bother to test the recipe after they switch flavor suppliers, or they do and they don't care. Bottom line.

Edited to add: Mwa, order a new bottle of Gingerbread and tell me what you think.

OK, I disagree, I also disagree with your statement about 2 weeks to steep, as I have juices that have been sitting for much longer that have become better and better as they sit for a month or more. i will gracefully bowl out of this and let you handle it your way. I'm sorry for interfering in your problem I didn't mean to upset anybody here and was only trying to help as I have been here for a long time and in these Type's of situations before, but I will bail out now and you guys can handle it your way, again sorry for getting involved.

I don't mind a dispute or your opinions. I don't mind that you disagree. But listen, I understand that juice sometimes needs to set for a while, but there is a such thing as being doomed from the start. Steeping just allows the flavors to come together and become more vivid. This stuff is so awful, that there's no way letting it sit is going to change it drastically enough for it to magically become tolerable. If 2 weeks didn't do it, nothing will. The taste might change, but it won't ever be good.

I was so eager to be in the last co-op to try the flavors that so many had raved about and can honestly say that I haven't been that impressed. After reading all the bad reviews of late I'm glad I haven't wasted any more money there. Thanks for your post.

It's only fair for me to mention that juice tastes better with nicotine when it's mixed. When I first tried the Butter Rum I got it in a doubler and added nic juice to it and it was pretty unimpressive, but then I ordered a bottle at 24mg and it tasted completely different. Best to be sure, order a bottle with some nic. I recommend the Amaretto Stone Sour or the German Chocolate Cake... Just don't touch the Gingerbread. Although, i haven't tried the Stone Sour as of late, so maybe don't. The GCC is still okay.

My two experiences with Tasty Vapor e-juice have been very bad - One juice was so strong that even cut with 4 parts PG to one part TV - it was still so strong I could not vape it - and I could not cut it any further and have any nic left.

The other was so week that I just use it as a nicotine base to add other flavorings to to make my own. It flavor is Peach Melba which you would think would add some flavoring of it's own - but nothing - it really seems like unflavored nic juice.

I really hate this - because everyone says how good they are - and I bought an ego clone from them that I love etc.
But, obviously I am not he only one they messed up orders on big time..:cry:

I've only been ordering from them for a very short time. I ordered 1 bottle of AC 24mg and was blown away. I ordered a 4oz doubler of the same and was disappointed. I called live help. I don't remember who I talked to, but they were very gracious and helpful. I found out later I just needed to shake the crap out of the bottle. I can sympathize with your frustration, but so far I have not had any problems with them. I hope that whatever the flavor problem is, it gets resolved.
