I was so eager to be in the last co-op to try the flavors that so many had raved about and can honestly say that I haven't been that impressed. After reading all the bad reviews of late I'm glad I haven't wasted any more money there. Thanks for your post.

Ok it wasn't just me -- I sold 15 of the 20 I got as I didn't like them (not that they were 'bad', they just weren't tasty to me) but a couple were really good; i suppose that's why I went DIY now.........

I still do want to try their gcc, waffle, and cheesecake, though;, maybe I'm not a co-op kind of guy!

TastyVapor was the first juice suppler I decided to order from. I ordered 1oz nic + 2oz doubler of TastyFinger

Honestly... I can't taste the it AT ALL... and it's been about a month that I've gotten it. I don't get it... I traded some of it for Atomic Cinnacide and that I can taste, but the tastyfinger I ordered, I can't taste at all. Feels like I'm vaping air LOL also there's no smell... I thought it was just me that had this problem because my tastebuds were adjusting or something but it's been about a month...

I've shaken it violently, stuck it in the fridge and tried some other stuff, still nothing...

I will say this though... the mega ego batteries I got from them are GREAT :D

Hi Sallana. I to have bought my juice primarily from TV. I first started with 6 flavors and only one was bad. I mean sewer bad. I would not suggest Strawberry Cheesecake to my worst enemy. I didn’t confront TV for replacement so the way I’m dealing with it is to dilute this messed-up liquid into my good stuff, so it’s not a total loss. Customer service is a big deal to me. And If I had received the treatment you got I to would be unhinged. No vendor should treat their customers that way, even if they acquire that Noble Messiah E-Liquid Mixing Master status.

Now I don’t know personal how he or you treated each other, or what is true or not. But I will be watching this thread and others where customers may have been mistreated. And this may effect my future purchases from TV. The motive for this is to keep regulating to ourselves and not outside agencies. We all should watch each others back.

Still looking for good spinach e-juice. The juice from the spinach can always craps out my atties. Ug Ug Ug Ug Ug Ug Ug

Sad to hear. I never know which way to post on these situations. I feel for her because right now with the cost of food so high and money being so tight for a lot of us, $15.00 is $15.00. I think it's great pricing for TV Juice don't get me wrong. I have had nothing but great customer service from the team and Geoff. But I also read the post about the gingerbread and AC being off. And no comments from TV. I would hate to see her leave TV over this especially a long time customer. I know the bottle I bought when it first came out is great! Wish I could taste the new stuff to give an opinion. I just hope that TV reads the posts about the concerns popping up about flavor changes.

Funny I love his strawberry cheesecake with caramel. I don't think there is a single company out there that I ordered from that I loved all there juices. Believe me if I could get my money back for all of them. I would have a nice chunk of change. I know 15.00 is 15.00. But it's not worth the headache And time spent take it as a lost or sell it in classifieds. Someone else might like it

The purpose of the co-op was not to fall in love with all 20 flavors! It was to find the few that you do love. I have tried almost all 40 or so Tasty Vapor Premium juices. Out of the 40, I have at least 10 favorites. Everyone has different taste. I hate AC and Keylime. VaporingQueen loves both, but she does not like Tastyfinger. I love Tastyfinger. We both agree TV waffle is to die for. My point is, why is everyone bashing Tasty Vapor because they don't love all of the flavors.

As far as Salana, I am sorry you hated your Gingerbread, but on Geoff's defense, extra flavoring with added sweetener is not a Premium flavor. We the customer take the risk of hating a juice when we change it up. That is why I don't do CYO. I obviously don't know a thing about what flavors complement each other. As far as him not emailing you back. He mentioned in a previous sticky not to email him, but to contact him directly. He states that he receives a 100 emails a day and that he does not have time to read all of them. His business had quadrupled in the past 6 months, and obviously he is trying to catch his breath.

But..... Do I think Geoff could work on his people skills? ABSOLUTELY!!! I have read a few of Geoff's post that I could see where some would be offended. He is a master at mixing liquids, but on the human relations side, not so much. There was a thread started by one of Geoff's loyal customers regarding the change in flavor of the AC. Several other loyal customers agreed and requested that Geoff chime in and explain. I was suprised when those request were down right ignored.

Well I have given my 2 cents. At the end of the day, I am a very happy Tasty Vapor customer. I don't need Geoff or any other vendor kissing my A.. to buy their liquids. I still think he has the BEST juice for the money!

Sallana, for completely selfish reasons, I'm curious about when you got the Gingerbread you dislike. I'm still working on the ounce (plus doubler) I got right in the middle of August, the first time I've ever bought it, and I've gotten to really love it as an early morning vape. Assuming what you're dealing with is a real formula change and not just a one-off mixing glitch, I'm wondering whether the juice I'm enjoying is from the good era or the bad.

My feeling on this are exactly the same as Haileymadison's. Goeff is not the lets sit down and have a tea party and talk about things, he prefers dirrect and to the point. I have never called TV and had them hem haul around with me. My personal opinion is if I want juice or I want a CYO juice I call Geoff! If I need CS I call CS and ask for Ramilya. Here are the giudelines for contacting TV and with the growing pains they are going through it is cutcial for everyone to comply in or to not fall through the cracks.

Lack of response from TV on their own boards speaks volumes... The other thread has been open all week.

Oh, come on! This thread was started less than 24 hours ago. I'm sure Geoff and other business owners don't have time to sit around on a computer waiting to respond to threads like this, especially this week with the CYO special going on.

I know that and I said that and said I liked a couple and I may order from them again (I love creams and cheesecakes and there were few of them in my co-op) -- I didn't know I was going to be so quoted about it, I just was looking for nirvana and found it was just a nice evening out!:)

I've tried some TV cinnacide and really liked to but when I ordered some it was good at first but about 3 weeks later went to vape some more and it has lost a lot of flavor( it was kept in a cool dark place sealed) it is very weak tasting and to me I would have to be hard up to finish the bottle so honestly I dont think from my experiences and reading many others I dont think I would order from them again even tho they are a couple hours away from me. Quality means everything and It seems to me that the quality has gone down hill very fast

I can't comment on the AC, because I personally can't stand cinnamon, but I have found Tasty Vapor flavors to only improve with age. How can you judge a whole company with at least 40 premium flavors on one flavor. I recently purchased around 130 dollars worth of juice and I assure you that all of them are quality juices. I had ordered some tastyfinger that tasted bland to me. Someone suggested I shake the hell out of it and now it is excellent. I suspect they forgot to shake after they added the flavor.

As for not buying from them again, It is your loss. Find one other vendor that sells 130 ml. of excellent tasting juices for 25 to 30 bucks. I have shopped around and I haven't found a better deal anywhere.

No I am not on the payroll, lol. I am just a satisfied customer.

By the way, they have the best waffle juice on the planet!!!!!

Okay you seriously MUST have gotten a bad mix. I can't believe tastyfinger would have no flavor. Every bottle I've gotten has given me sinus infections from the intense flavor and throat hit. So, that's proof Geoff does make mistakes on juice sometimes, if you ask me.

We never started this business under the misapprehension that we were going to be successful in pleasing everybody. And over the past year as we have grown from a client base of a few hundred to over 6,000, we knew that the number of complaints would naturally increase as well. However, the number of satisfied customers still astronomically outweighs the number of dissatisfied customers.

When we review whether a flavor should be discontinued or changed, we take into account the number of complaints against a liquid to the amount who are satisfied with the recipe. Because if we get one unhappy customer complaining about a liquid and change the recipe, we now have a LARGE amount of people complaining about whether we have changed a recipe, things tasting different, etc.

When I began this business, the clientele was small and I was VERY easily able to handle all of the e-mails, have people call me on my cell phone and give a very personal hands-on approach to everybody and everything. As I am one person and have to run a growing company, I don't have the kind of time to address all of the e-mails and phone calls myself. While I can answer about 50 e-mails a day and DO SO, I cannot answer and address 200 e-mails a day. So, I have 6 people who are readily available on the (888) number as well as on Live Help, and a mixteam@tastyvapor.us address so that noone has to fall through the cracks. But some people are unwilling to listen or pay attention. They care more about their wants and needs rather than paying attention to the way that we can best address those needs.

I am indeed a very direct and to the point person, but I am not rude or abrupt by default unless I am approached that way. Nobody here is a corporate robot. We are all very human, run a humanistic company and have a humanitarian approach to what we do. None of us believe the best way to get things done is by adopting a corporate drone persona and sit by to readily accept verbal abuse from customers. We're happy to help if you talk to us.

As liquid is concerned. We produce liquids. We do not produce flavorings. It has been our experience that NO MATTER where we get our flavorings from, be that Capella's, Perfumer's Apprentice, Loranns, etc., the flavorings have been inconsistent. There is also no way for us to tell when they are going to be inconsistent. At times the flavorings can be spot on, and sometimes, the color is different, sometimes the flavor is different. Any DIY company that purchases bulk flavorings can confirm this too. But we do the best we can despite inconsistencies. As such, we in most cases go by smell. We know how things are supposed to smell. If something is clearly not right, we dump it out and start over.

It has also been our experience, that the FIRST INCLINATION of our customers is to assume that the liquid isn't right. The considerations are hardly ever:

"Is my atomizer bad?"
"are my tastebuds off?"
"have I let this liquid age?"
"have I stored this properly?"
"have I shaken this before I tried using it?"
"have I chosen a flavor that I wasn't sure about?"
"have I made an assumption about how I thought this flavor would taste and was wrong?"

Generally, we have to prompt people with these questions, because as I've said, the first inclination is that there is always a problem with our liquids. If 95 percent of our customers don't have a problem with it, we don't think we should upset them and go changing things.

I'm not going to go all out and delete this thread. People are entitled to their opinions and while I haven't had much time to be on the forum lately (again, I have a company to run) and am trying to make the effort. My lack of response wasn't born of ignorance or spite, it's a matter of lack of time and no lack of workload.

If someone has fallen through the cracks, I do apologize, it wasn't any direct intention of letting you do so, but we provide several means of getting in contact with our staff so that you don't have to. 6,000+ people relying solely on me to handle all of their woes....That isn't even realistic.

And it's a possibility we may have to take steps in lightening our workload so we can be more hands-on, but this would entail less specials, less miscellaneous items, etc. Realistically, that would accomplish things to a degree, but I think that even a larger degree of people would be upset as there are things that they have come to enjoy about what we do.

I'm not a bad person, and I haven't hired any bad people to work for me. I sincerely love every person that works here and we love each other, love what we do and take a great deal of pride in what we do. We're out to help people stop killing themselves and increasing their risk of cancer. And it's working, and we love that we have something to do with that. Pleasing everyone along the way is an impossibility. And a customer falling through the cracks on occasion is the tale of every single company on this planet. If some find this an unforgivable offense, we'll just have to accept that.

Let it be known that Geoff and the TV staff acknowledged my complaint an issued an unrequested refund. I guess I have to suck down my pride and say that that was rather nice.

Now,

"Is my atomizer bad?" - Nope, it was new and broken in.
"are my tastebuds off?" - Nope, I had approcahed several people with the same experience, and I know when a juice I've been vaping constantly suddenly changes.
"have I let this liquid age?" - Yes, for a week then gave it another shot. It was still bad, and in the past the liquids never really had to 'age' for me, so giving it a week was a copious amount of time in my opinion, and if something was going to change drastically, I would have been able to tell.
"have I stored this properly?" - Yes, I keep all my liquid in a light-tight wooden box in an air conditioned office.
"have I shaken this before I tried using it?" - Of course!
"have I chosen a flavor that I wasn't sure about?" - A flavor that I'd bought several times before, so that's doubtful.
"have I made an assumption about how I thought this flavor would taste and was wrong?" - I knew what the flavor was supposed to taste like.

Now I am woman enough to admit that I could have handled this differently, but it wasn't for lack of trying other options and covering all my bases. The smell of the liquid was completely off.. All three times I tried it recently. I did give the juice ample time and chances to be good, but it's not.

My last request is one that I appealed to in the e-mail I sent, mix yourself a batch, Geoff. Tell us what you think of it.

The chances of me ordering from TV again are, admittedly, slim. But the company has a very loyal fan base so I'm glad my departure won't sting. In fact it sounds like you need to drop a few customers :p I do love the employees of TV, Ramilya and Lana.. who I spoke to most.. are very sweet and kind.

I'm not going to diss this company more than I already have, because business ethics are normally upheld. Maybe this was a freak accident. But know that I'm not the only one who has felt like they have wasted money on that particular juice. I know of an ECF member who spent 60$ on it hoping over and over that the next mix would be good. It just seems like the flavor has been consistently bad and nobody there has taken the time to smell it, let alone try it, and inquiries went ignored for a little too long.

I will miss the Amaretto Sour.
