Spartacus - done
Weeds - done
Fringe - done
Dexter
Top Gear (UK)
Real Time With Bill Mayer
NCIS
Shameless
Criminal Minds
Ice Road Truckers
True Blood
Fast N' Loud
Breaking Bad - Any AMC series is worth a shot but BrBa rules
The Walking Dead - BrBa rules unless TWD is in season :)
Talking Dead
American Horror Story
Dangerous Grounds
Burn Notice
Ax Men
Justified
Wicked Tuna
The Americans
NHL Plays Of The Week
The Devils Ride - Total Comedy
House Of Lies
Vikings - decent newer series, Spartacus fans would probably enjoy
Game Of Thrones
Sons Of Guns
Deadliest Catch
Under The Dome - Stephen King series starting next week
Da Vinci's Demons - good new Starz show
VICE - Good HBO news show
North America - New Nature mini-series on par with Planet Earth
Also Spike Powerblock on Saturday mornings
Just add NHL hockey and yeah, I always have something to watch

My name's Mowgli and I'm a DirecTV-aholic

I have about 20 episodes of Aerial America recorded for when the in-laws come over.
It's a good helicopter fly-over show with decent narration on The Smithsonian Channel.
It keeps the FI-L from trying to tune in golf :)

Friends don't let friends watch golf

I don't know how people can watch golf on TV, unless I'm on a course..it's rather boring. Then again I did enjoy caddy shack and happy gilmore

Warehouse 13 -- I think even non-sf people will love it if they give it a chance. A lot of subtleties but also a riot.
Elementary (always did have a thing for Sherlock Holmes, and this is a great re-interpretation)
Perception
White Collar
NCIS
Castle (sometimes so-so, sometimes great)

A lot of shows (Merlin, Psych, Top Gear (UK), NCIS:LA, Burn Notice, Pawn Stars, etc.) have fallen off my radar because there's nothing new, just recycling the same old same-old.

The vast majority of the time, I just leave TCM (classic movies without commercial interruptions) on because even the worst is better than what's on the other channels.

And I really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really miss Eureka!

Right?!?!? Loved Eureka! All that sciency stuff mixed in with humor, totally entertaining yet somehow a little educational! Great combo! Warehouse 13 is very fun too! Lots of history, humor and subtle stuff.

Also gotta add to my list:

The Walking Dead
Talking Dead
Game of Thrones
Veep
True Blood
Covert Affairs
ANY Paranormal show like Paranormal Witness, A Haunting, My Haunted House, My Ghost Story... etc! Love that stuff!
Finding Bigfoot
Dexter
Grimm
Once Upon a Time
Orphan Black
Bones
Haven
Continuum
Defiance
Vikings
Spartacus (I know it's done, but I like to watch the re-runs! Can't wait till Caesar comes out!)

I know there are more shows I enjoy, but suddenly I'm overcome with lost show nostalgia... :(

oops, forgot to add it to my series manager :( I have a couple of episodes to catch up on :)

Found that one by accident one day when I was bored at work. Had to go back and watch it from the beginning great show! Great concept! Very spooky scary cause it's not out of the realm of possibilities...

I forgot Haven (was that meant to be an ending or is it coming back?).

I think I'd like Orphan Black, but I'm hard of hearing and Time/Warner, in its infinite wisdom, block the Closed-Captioning on BBCAmerica.

Tried Continuum, Defiance, and Alphas. I'm a sf fan from day one (I even write it), but those shows are so poorly conceived and executed, I believe the writers, directors, and producers will be put up against the wall when the revolution comes.

Haven is coming back in the fall! Woohoo! And Colin Ferguson (Eureka!) will have a part in it! I have yet to read the Stephen King novel it's inspired by but it's on my list of "must reads". Under the Dome, I'm not so sure about. I have tried to read the book. More than once and just couldn't get interested in it. Surprising to me since I'm a voracious reader.

Orphan Black is an amazing show, it certainly caught my attention. Really makes me stop and wonder what if? BBC has some pretty great programming. I like the mini series whodunit shows they put out. I haven't checked, but perhaps CC is available online for Orphan Black?

I like Continuum and Defiance though I do agree, conceptually they're great ideas, but delivery? hmmm, well, they could use some improving. Alphas the same but I like it in small doses. I've never been one to get into those so called "reality" shows or those voice or idol or survivor ones... I have tried but find I have no patience for them. I think I'm in the minority for that.

Great news about Haven!!!

The basic concepts for Continuum and Defiance are so great, they've been the backbone of many novels since the 1950s. It's sad to see such poorly conceived interpretations of them get to the screen.

The only reality shows I like are Life After People and similar things on the science and history channels -- you know, real reality. I do like FaceOff on SyFy because of a fascination with how things are done (the personality conflicts are a total bore).

Note about King -- he's a great writer. He's well-loved and has advanced his genres more than any other living author. I respect his talent and don't begrudge him his wealth or fame. That said, his writing style isn't to my taste. The only time I ever finished one of his books was because I lost a bet. I won't ever make such a wager again.

I don't really watch series shows. I wanted to watch Walking Dead, but missed the beginning and then forgot about it. So, never seen it. I used to watch Big Love and The Sopranos. I realize now that I watch all reality shows! Kinda ew, isn't it. LOL

Sons of Guns
Wicked Tuna
Deadliest Catch
Hell's Kitchen
Master Chef
Chopped
Top Chef
Real Housewives (pathetic, I know)

I like some of King's work but for the most part, I don't have the patience to weed through the flowery prose. Just give me the story!! Lol... I forgot about Life After People, love that show. It's interesting to see just how quickly (in the big picture time span kind of way), nature can erase what we did. I enjoy several of the offerings the more educational geared channels put out. Love The History Channels new approach to programming. Channels that used to be ho-hum are really stepping up their game like AMC and A&E just to name a few.
