I'm really missing Vikings on the discovery channel

Right??! I was so into the series that I forgot it had a finite schedule for the year. The finale caught me unprepared and I was in shock! But I was that way with Walking Dead, True Blood and Spartacus (every incarnation of that one!).... It's tragic I tell ya!

Orphan Black finale was yesterday but I didn't get a chance to watch it. Can't watch it online today either. :( It's rehearsal day and the band is over making gloriously LOUD prog rock music... There's always tomorrow right?

What is your favorite between Walking Dead, Orphan Black and Spartacus?

Gosh,, I gotta choose???! I'd have to say, Walking Dead. It's more than just a show about zombies, guts, gore, blood and stuff. Although, that by itself is kinda hard to beat! But it's also about what happens to the humanity side of humans when faced with extreme adversity. What do they do, how do they survive, how do they hope and so much more. It makes me think and rethink what I would do and to what lengths I would be willing to go to to protect my "people" and things. It was also the inspiration for getting into building pvc crossbows/bows and to re-evaulate my "apocalyptic pantry"! I'm still wondering if I have enough spam and whiskey! :D

It has to be Game Of Thrones. I would even go as far as saying it might be the best TV show I have EVER watched. Seriously if you have not seen it you have to watch it. If you are a woman try and see past the nudity, especially in the first series as there is a really good story behind it haha

The books are amazing! I've read them all a few times now. Still waiting for George to finish writing the next one.. Hoping he get's done by the time they're ready to film it!

The world needs more Ragnar Lothbrok...

He has quite a smugness about him that is off putting, guess this is the reasoning Rollo might stand against him even though when he had his back through torture from Earl Haraldson.

It's just disappointing when I go to my Huluplus after a week and it reads Queue (0), when it's usually Queue (14).

I got so burned out with Pawn Stars, but it was good for awhile. As for Burn Notice, absolutely love that show, waiting for it to start back up. I'll give some of the other ones a look, thanks.

Da Vinci's Demons's season is ending but it's worth finding on demand
Ice Road Truckers and True Blood are starting back up within a couple of weeks
Deadliest Catch just started Opelio season
Through the Wormhole is sort of far fetched sometimes but always interesting
North America is a 7 episode nature show with teeth - also on demand

:)

I think that's why I like him! I translated his demeaner to be more, quietly aggressive, self confidence, assurance with just a hint of cockiness like he just KNOWS. Rollo, I think, feels envious, overshadowed and intimidated. He is anxious to prove he's as much a warrior/man as Ragnar and he feels slighted enough (that whole King thing at the Thing) to take action. Of course with that wench Siggy manipulating him and whispering subversive sweet nothings in his ear isn't helping.... It'll be very interesting to see Ragnar's reaction though I think he already has an idea...

There are shows I used to watch regularly, but fell out of touch with them (can you fall out of touch with a television show?) and never really played catch up. Every now and then, I'll watch one online or see a rerun but I don't stick with it. And then there's those shows that no longer air in their original form but have been reincarnated. I loved loved loved La Femme Nikita with Peta Wilson but I just can't get into the new Nikita version. Loved Star Trek in all it's many versions. (Though truth be told, I did have a schoolgirl crush on Cpt James T. Kirk!)

Orphan Black season finale was a few days ago but I finally got to watch it yesterday. WOW! What would you do if you found out you were a clone and the property of some corporation that might not think of you as a valid human life? Right?! Big WOW!!!

Paranormal Witness season premier is tonight and I already have dinner done and the popcorn ready to go! :p

Sons of Anarchy, The Walking Dead, The Bates Motel and Big Bang Theory are at the top of my list currently.

Some of my daily go-to shows are: Archer, Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Family Guy, American Dad....if none of those are available for watching, then the TV gets put on Discovery and stays there.

We get some of the US shows over here ...You've had some brilliant programmes in the past like Cheers, MASH, Frasier etc
Then there's the modern 'Reallity 'Shows?

If I'm being honest,I sometimes watch and enjoy.....

Lizard lick towing... I know its fake, but its fun

That guy Who shouts ... BBOOOOMMM BBBAAABBYY... That show is frankly ridiculous as he seems to find my yearly income on all his digs...I dig as part of my living, and I've not found S**T.... still I enjoy it a bit!

I detest a lot of shows as well... cheaters is crap as I want to punch that self righteous presenter in the mouth. ( and its fake too I think)

Storage Hunters is a farce of bad acting and I dont really care for it at all any more

I must say that I hardly ever watch television, but . at the risk of being controverial, the BBC is pretty good

VICE - A Bill Maher production

Not the same bull.... sanitized run of the mill stories guaranteed to not impress or offend kind of "news show".
I watch this show while sitting on my comfy couch in my clean house in my sorta safe neighborhood with my freakin mouth hanging open.
Things are bad for some people. This show goes into dangerous places to enlighten us about things corporate news won't show.

last night's show was Gangs & Oil - gangs in Chicago and oil in Nigeria - hard stuff to watch

check it out
