First off, I probably wouldn't recommend Totally Wicked to anyone unless they have money to throw away... however after I got my tax return I went on a E-juice frenzy and bought a whole assortment of liquid from various suppliers.
I picked up a 10ml of tobacco and 5ml of Cigar flavored both 11mg strength.
Upon arrival I noticed the nice little packaging and separate boxes for the dropper and liquid. Doesn't really impress me all that much though because I'd rather spend my money on the actual liquid not the bells and whistles such as the pamphlets and packaging. But I figured I'd give them a shot and and see whats so wicked about their liquid... they say you get what you pay for.
The glass dropper was nice, but not necessary. I'd rather use a syringe especially if I'm filling cartos.
Smell: To me it reminds me of pancakes loaded with a bunch of butter and syrup. So at first I was thinking theres no way this was going to taste like a cigar...
Loaded up a 901 atty and cart with an auto 808 battery.
Throat hit: Not much TH, but it is 11mg after all.
Taste: Suprisingly quit a bit like a cigar. Not a Swisher, but something more like a Dutch Master... just your basic cheap cigar... but hey they didn't claim it to be a Monte Cristo or anything.
Vapor production: Not bad, but no huge plumes or anything... I believe it is PG though.

If your on a mission to try a bunch of different stuff go for it. But I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
