Well, after placing a few different orders from different suppliers, I can say with certainty that nascent industries, such as the e-cig industry, are very spotty/hit-or-miss when it comes to customer satisfaction.
TotallyWicked did a fairly good job getting my order together and shipping it quickly...It took around 5 business days to go from ordered status to receiving the package. My 510 from them is not perfect in any way, but usable; I've already wrecked an atomizer, although I'm unclear whether it was user error or just a faulty piece of...equipment, lol (the "funky taste issue" here). Loved their e-liquid, but my buddies' blueberry (I forgot where he orders from)is a whole lot more fun to use, Imho. The auto batt for the 510 sucks, I think we can all agree on that. And the manual batt needed to be "reset" after going cold on me for no reason (plugging it into the charger and plugging/unplugging the charger worked for me, and I never asked for tech support or anything). Lots of vapor from this beast-more than my friends' trusted 901b by far.
Next, my Innovapor saga, which continues...not much left to say here, except that I do *not* recommend ordering from these guys, at least not until they're completely on their feet. Check my posts-NO flaming!-send me a pm instead. And yes, they WILL receive a call on monday if I don't hear from them(long distance, on my dime, has been the reason I avoided this)
On Wednesday I ordered from NHaler in NJ. Placed late at night, my order was processed and shipped out by 9AM EST thursday. THAT is some great service, in my book-highly recommended for prices, products, and their excellent customer service experience- Drew is a great guy to do business with, and apparently he always includes extras, even with the low prices he offers! 120 ml of juice was around $65 plus shipping (and, I hit on a great promo also-check his suppliers' forum to get in on these)
Also, I have a pending order from JC(the sampler pack). I went into this knowing that JC takes about a week or so to ship...will update when I know more-I just sent 'em an email yesterday, so I'm patiently waiting for a response now. Thus far, their customer service is an *undecided* for me, and who knows what I'll think of the juice...But on a positive, FDA registered
Hope this is helpful to others who are new to this wonderful habit
