I posted this on the TW forum and want to share it here, too...
I want to take a moment to write a post about the customer service I have
experienced in the relatively short time buying from Totally Wicked USA.
In a nutshell: Nothing short of amazing! I hope the people there read these
notes because I want them to know how fantastic they ARE!
Time from order to door is quicker than I ever expected.
Two dead 510 autos - agreed to exchange/replace with no questions asked.
Currently in the postal loop.
My latest order arrived (yesterday) with what could be called a "major
problem". I called the 888 number and spoke with a gal (damn!... I am
unable to recall her name) to discuss. I absolutely understood her apparent
skepticism and questions... this wasn't a small deal by any means. But the
end result is that it will be rectified.
TW USA has a customer for life in me.
