Someone made me this box mod, it's a variable voltage Jack Daniels tin, working really well. In the picture it has 2 AW batteries but I am using 2 Efest Protected 18650s (I do use AW IMRs in devices that require them).
I think I am well within the amp limits of the protected batteries vaping at 4.3 volts with a 2.5 ohm coil.
The thing is I was reading on Candle Power Forum about battery incidents and they seem to be happening in lights with 2 or more cells in them. So, any known issues with using devices that require two 18650s for vaping as opposed to one? They are not stacked obviously, but are running side by side and I notice that whenever I take them out of the device and test them with a multimeter their voltage is exactly the same, so the device is drawing the same amount of power from each battery equally and consistently.
