I usually have 2 going but I alternate, when one gets hot, I vape the other and so on. Esp when driving.

I just made the faux pas of making a separate new topic on this subject before reading this. Yes, I am doing this with two 901s without filters (just stuffing the batting in the cavity of the atomizer) as I await the delivery of my screwdriver. It is seeming to work well, although I find that I am still getting a burning taste occasionally on the basis that I am overzealous with two units now as I used to be overzealous with just the one.
