Two firsts.

1) My first 2-weeks without a stinky-stick. Anniversary, today, Sunday March 17th, 2013.

2) Have reached vaping Puberty, with the arrival of my first APV. The much vaunted Vision Spinner. After all the hype I've read about here ... let's see what this puppy can REALLY do!!

Ok ... now I'm bummed.

Charged up the Vision Spinner. Put on the CE4 w/Tiramisu ... beautiful ... That's what Tiramisu is supposed to taste like.
Next up ... CE5 w/ Cuban Cigar ... again, excellent.
Three Vivi Nova's ... an Apple, a Berry Mix, and Citrus mix. Didn't like the Citrus mix, so I poured it back in the bottle, cleaned and dried the VivNova carefully, and put a Vanilla/Coffee Mix in. Stuck it back on the Spinner, pressed the power button ... and nothin'.

Tried the other ViviNova's ... nothin'.
CE4/CE5 ... nothin'.

Yup, definitely bummed now. Also noticed a ding in the Stainless batt casing. Not impressed.

Measured the height of the battery post to the top of the casing with my depth mic, and compared it to the eGo-c batteries.

Vision Spinner 4.07 mm (0.161")
eGo-c 4.45 mm (0.175")

Seems to be ok. eGo-c works, but the Spinner doesn't. I deduce that it's something in the VV part that may be wonky.

You may have accidentally turned it off. Do the 5 click (I think that's the right number) to turn it on.

Does the Button light when you push it?
Did you fully charge before using?
Will it turn off/on?
Have you placed it back on the charger?

Try to turn it off and if so, let it sit for a few minutes to reset. Power back on and test with a working ce4.

Check/compare how deep the pin on top is setting compared to your egc-c you may have pushed it down from over tightening.

Yes, the button lights up.
I fully charged it.
It turns off and back on again.
I've put it back on the charger. The light does not go on at all.
I've turned it off and let it sit for half an hour before turning it back on again. Still no joy.
The pin is actually higher than it is with the eGo-c.

Spoke with Vision today, and they have agreed to either replace or refund, my choice. They were very good about it and apologized profusely, telling me that if I should wish for them to replace the product, they will fully test the new one before shipping it out to me.
