I chatted with Apollo's CS and he said that was over for now, though, I didn't ask why it's still there.

Apollo says to allow 1-2 weeks. I've ordered from them before, they are not speedy.
And that's the problem with some of these vendors. In an industry like this where people depend on their nicotine, you would assume they would ship your juice in a timely manner.

Why would I deal with a vendor that takes forever to ship when I can go through somebody like Halo or Mister E's who has same day shipping?

totally agree with you on this. Now in this case with all the orders i will give a pass but if they are slow to begin with I would be less likely to return.

i`m not sure if this is the case with apolloecigs.com but many online vendors are small "mom & pop" operations and when they offer a really good deal they get exposure on sites like this forum and ......... and it goes viral and orders come in faster that what they can deal with. anyone remember Lucky 7? :toast:

I can definitely understand the wait though for free e-liquid. It got put on ........'s blog, and I posted on these forums....so you KNOW they probably got at least a thousand orders, if not more. I don't blame them for being swamped.

If they normally take long to ship though, like another poster said they do, that does kinda suck.

All of the vendors I use on a regular basis, for both liquid AND hardware, usually only take 3-4 days , from the time I enter my CC#, to the time I get my package at the door.

Ive ordered from a few e-liquid vendors who take FOREVER, and I totally agree with you, it sucks.

I could understand as well about the promotion but their standard shipping on their website seems to say, 1 to 2 weeks.

After I get my free order, if I like it, I'm going to pay for one order just to see if it takes the same amount of time. There are a few other flavors of theirs I want to try such as Baja Burst, Banana Cream and Cherry Limeade.

On the bright side, Apollo did confirm for me on their section of this forum that all their juice is pre-steeped and is good, the moment you receive it with the exception of their Tobacco.

When I do any mail order item I am prepared to wait. If a vendor takes 3 or 4 days to process I'm not going to be too upset about. I like to get a confirmation of the order fairly quick, within a few hours but the processing, not huge for me as long it as it is less than a weeks time. Then you are at the mercy of the postal service and we know how that can go.

While I do appreciate vendors like Apollo, they are one of these big-time operations that have headquarters in US and UK. Marketing seems to be their strong point, so they might not feel the need to take the advantage of speedy delivery to stay ahead.

A lot of old timers will remember them when their disposibles were the bomb. Though, the last few I ordered were not as good as they once were. Personally, I think their juices are okay; nothing I'd go out of my way to order. I'd put them on par with their counterparts at Njoy and Blu.

But with a deal like this, I thought, why not? I like the tobacco enough to run through my cartomizer while it has extra life at the end of another bottle of tobacco.

Because you're getting your juice for free? ;)
Umm my juice is only free this one time. The free juice is just a promotion to get me to buy their products. Even if I spent money on another order. That order won't take any less time to process and ship then my free bottles are. Because of this, I'm very unlikely to do any future business with them considering I can get liquid at my doorstep faster then it takes Apollo to even process my order.

What was the coupon code for that?

There wasn't a coupon code required. It seems they've bumped the price to $19.99 but they are oddly still calling it the "Free Apollo-X Oracle Kit". You might want to give them a call and see if they will honor the deal...I mean it says "Free" in the title after all. Very strange.

EDIT: I just saw that smacuser spoke with their CS and they aren't selling this one anymore. They should remove the "Free" from the kit description then if isn't. I am about to give them a call myself since my account page isn't showing the order, but I did receive a confirmation email. I won't cry too much if they try to back out of the deal, but I'll want my $.01 back!

Oh well. No big loss for me. I was going to give it to a friend anyway so he could give vaping a try.
