I've seen bue foam mentioned...I'm assumin this issomething that replaces cotton in atty's...is that right? If so, I think I want it. Secondly, what is a wet box?

Yeah, pretty much correct (well close enough). Replaces the filler material in the cartridge. It's one of many filler options. See cartridge mods section.
That's soooo easy to answer the wrong way.... lol.
But the short answer... A box mod with a juice feeder/built in juice bottle that you use to feed juice to the atty... I think. Maybe someone else will comment on this more. Also, see/search juicebox and wet box in the mod section. There may be some subtle differences in the two. IDK.
StiicklyEjuice has the blue foam pre-cut packaged 10 pc in a bag. I used it when I first started vaping, works well.
Clouds of Vapor sells (but currently is out of stock) the "Wetbox"...

It's essentially a way to drip without the mess... lots of people drip, including myself, but it looks kinda weird in public, and is really dangerous to try when you're driving.... this fixes the issue. A reservoir of some kind 'injects' liquid directly into the cartomizer, instead of having it wicking out of a cartridge/atty setup or dripping it onto the atomizer manually, or "topping off" a cartomizer. A full cartomizer is the closest thing to dripping I can think of, and the wetbox keeps the carto wet with the push on the reservoir bottle. Not sure of the design, but I think the needle comes up from below and injects through the carto's bottom hole (where the '.... plug' is on a new one), which would mean it's squirting juice directly onto the atomizer coil... just like dripping.

I did see a video about the blue stuff after I posted this...I think I'm gonna get me some. And I also saw a wetbox on a site somewhere...but I don't hink I want one...looks too awkward for me.
I hope to get some blue stuff next week. I actually have a different kind of fish filter white stuff here I don't need....wondering if I should try it for hoots and hollers.
I'd give it a good rinse, maybe a long boil, before you try it. It's probably ok, but who knows?
I took this mod one step further and went with the http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/cartridge-mods/58690-b-f-d-cart-mod.html (Blue Foam Dart) which will hold a tiny bit more juice.
