Three weeks ago when I clicked the complete order button I was worried. I was nervous. I grew up in tobacco country and had smoked almost my whole life. I wasn't sure if I could do it. My husband was ready, and so was I. But I was nervous. What if I can't find a flavor I can tolerate? What if my allergies go nuts? What if its too fiddly and I can't troubleshoot it? Two weeks ago, I fired up my last smoke. I've only ever gone 4-5 days at the MOST over the years. I am a firm believer that vaping is good. Its freed me from the grip of something I have never been able to beat before. I am so confident at this point! I feel better. I look better! Who knew all that hydrating could make my skin so much better!

I would like to thank this forum. I've learned a lot (with a lot more to learn) and gotten encouragement when you didn't even know you were giving it! I can't wait for one month!!!! And one year!!! Then a decade smoke free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks everyone!:vapor:

I am closing in on 3 weeks with no cigs. Like you, I have noticed that the water is really doing good things for my body (I almost never drank water). My doctor and my chiropractor both push water for everything---just wash whatever out of your body. I have a dental appt for cleaning and then will see all the icky stuff gone from my teeth. The best thing is that my house doesn't stink (other than from the dogs, LOL). Like you, I am excited for the next month, next year, next forever. Happy vaping and congrats on dumping those analogs. And yes, this forum is fantastic!!!

YES I really want to go get my teeth cleaned!!! And I think I am going to go get the hubs and I massages. Massage is good at releasing toxins... that's why you are supposed to drink water after getting one. I already bought a sinus flush kit for both of us. I just want to feel clean, you know? I already feel amazing after two weeks.

+1 on drinking the water. I've always known that water is good for you and that you're supposed to drink 8 8oz glasses a day, yadda yadda, but never did it. Now I feel like I have to in order to keep from getting dehydrated and the inevitable headache that comes along with it. Oh, and congrats on making it to week 2!
