So, another year without smokes. Feels great! Don't miss them one bit, and I vape just about as much as when I started. Life is so much easier when one is not chained to cigarettes. One thing that bothers me a little right now is that Europe seems to be lowering the nicotine content in juice every year, at least according to my local vape shop. First, it went from 2.4% to 1.8, and now he tells me it is down to 1.2% When I first started looking at vaping you could get 3.4% in shops. What is happening here?

Well done !! Sorry about the nic restrictions, must be BT stirring the pot. If you haven't tried it, you should look to DIY e-juice. If I can do it, anyone can. I haven't bought formulated juice since I started vaping - over two years ago. And it's fun to experiment. Keep on vaping.

Congrats on 2 years that is fantastic. If you can get some nic stored in your freezer, one of the easiest ways to DIY is to get nicotine free juice that you can add nic to as needed. Going the whole hog is also an option, and is still considerably cheaper, depending on where you can source your ingredients.

I am on a DIY "freeze" ATM because I have way too many flavors, and have also given away juice. It's really fun (to me) so there's also *that*.

Good luck,

Anna

In a bout of cynicism, I suspect it is a result of the merging of the major US and EU cigarette companies. Increasing the restrictions on vaping effectively acts as a protection system for the cigarette industry. By lowering the nicotine level below what it takes for a person to be able to quit cigarettes using one they keep smokers buying cigarettes.
